Grampian Women’s Aid Care Inspectorate Report 2025

Grampian Women’s Aid are delighted to share the findings from our recent Care Inspection. Achieving grade of 5 (Very Good) is a positive reflection of the great work we do. We were assessed on two topics – How Well We Support People’s Wellbeing and How Good Is Our Staff Team.

Our CEO, Aileen Forbes said “This report highlights the recognition of the amazing support GWA provide to women and children across our locality. I am immensely proud to work with a team of such highly skilled, dedicated and passionate women, who work tirelessly everyday to reduce the negative impacts of domestic abuse on women and children”.

Our Chairperson, Mary Watt said “I am incredibly proud of all the team at GWA. Our work means so much, and this report show the efforts of all involved.”
